Pamela Zimlin Baker received her Juris Doctorate in 1998 magna cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in Business Law. Pamela received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1993 from the University of Maryland at College Park. Prior to entering law school, Pamela worked as a certified public accountant for Ernst & Young LLP in Baltimore. During law school, Pamela was a member of the University of Baltimore Law Review and the Heuisler Honor Society. Pamela began her legal career with Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston concentrating in corporate and securities law, including work relating to the formation of private equity funds, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private investments, real estate securities and general public company matters. Pamela continues to concentrate her practice in the area of corporate law. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts and Maryland.
