He received his undergraduate degree from LaSalle College maxima cum laude. Jeff actively practices in both state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has extensive experience in commercial trucking matters and concentrates his practice in casualty litigation including complex coverage issues, bad faith claims and claims arising out of commercial trucking and transportation, many of which involve catastrophic damages. Jeff has also, over the years, developed a substantial practice representing clients in industrial, environmental, and general business litigation matters. He is a member of the Trucking Law Subcommittee for the Defense Research Institute, is a Registered Environmental Inspector with the Environmental Assessment Association, and is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association Compulsory Arbitration Committee. Jeff is an active member of the Philadelphia, Camden County (New Jersey), Pennsylvania, New Jersey and American Bar Associations, in addition to being a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
