Warren L. Soffian is a 1969 graduate of Temple University School of Law and is a member of the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University. Warren was formerly the managing partner of Donsky, Soffian, Allen & Bor. Throughout his career, Warren has been engaged in the general practice of law, including the representation of regional and national businesses as outside general counsel, complex civil litigation, and estate planning and administration. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Camden County Bar Association. Warren has lectured on behalf of the Philadelphia Bar Association on the subject of Wills and Estate Planning.
