The Department is the central construction, purchasing, publishing, security and maintenance agency for the Commonwealth. The Committee has been charged with coordinating the transfer of control over the various departments, offices and bureaus within the Department. The real estate subcommittee will review all the material leases for state occupied space as well as State owned properties, including on-going construction projects.
